Saab 9-3 Bulkhead Crack

Saab 9-3 Bulkhead CrackSaab 9 3 For Sale

Bulkhead cracke a. Personally you wouldnt get me in a car with a cracked bulkhead so I wouldnt drive. I had a saab 900 cab go to 212k and a 9.3 turbo go to. I recently went to get my Saab 900 SE convertible M plate diagnosed by a Saab dealer they told me that the bulkhead has a crack. Which is a MOT failure.

This is my first post, and am aware this issue has been discussed in great detail - but I raelly would appreciate your replies. I have a '99 Saab 9-3 convertible, the Bulkhead went in January 2010 but the car had only done 59k. Saab refused to pay for the repair, I am about to go to Court on Windows Xp Professional Sp1 Greek more. 08.08.11 to get back the costs of the repair. I am suing on the basis of the Latent Damage Act of 1986, basicallly this means if you were sold something that the seller knew there was a potential flaw/problem with but failed to inform you, then you are entitled under this Act to get your money back.

We have already had a provisional hearing and Saab's Solicitors claimed I had no case, but the Court disagreed, and at my request ordered Saab to confirm the date of which they were aware of the bulkhead problem. This is extremely important as under the Act they must have been aware of the problem before they sold me a new Saab in March 1999.

Unbelievably, the reply that Saab have submitted is a statement from AN EX-Employee.who claims to the best of his knowledge Saab did not know until 2000 that there was a problem! I think they knew in!994! I am more than surprised they think a Court will accept this!!! It's a farce!

So if anyone out there can provide any information of Saab paying for repairs outside warranty and the dates and any other relevant information I would be extremely grateful, it will also set a precedent, which means no other Saab owner will have to fight to get a free repair if it can be shown that Saab knew of the problem when their vehicle was sold. Hayatus Sahaba In Urdu Pdf. My research has found that in Australia all Saabs are repaired free of charge no matter what age or mileage! Please reply if you have any relevant information- Many Thanks! Hi Good on you for going all the way. I have a 2001 9-3 Aero coupe with only 70k on it and FSSH. I suspected a crack in mine last year due to excessive pedal movement and an visual inspection by local Saab dealer in Aberdeen. Saab UK refused point blank to contribute anything towards the inspection to confirm if there was a crack or to repair it if one was found.
