I have a Mac (OS X 10.6.8) and purchased and installed Elements 12 from the Adobe website in November 2013. Organizer will not launch. I tried cmd+shift+option while launching but nothing happens (just closes). I have reloaded Elements 4 times. Loaded it once with Elements 10 installed and 3 after I uninstalled Elements 10. I have not been able to find a solution.
