More Install Mac Os Dell Xps 15 videos. DellXPS15-9550-OSX - Tutorial for a full working Mac OS High Sierra (10.13.x) enviroment on the Dell XPS 15 (9550).

I have a dell xps 15-L502X laptop, I'm trying to install Mac OS on it! I've tried installing OS after watching several videos, It kinda worked but not all the way, I love the idea of it and I hope I could get it working all the way! I had to leave the bootable U.S.B plugged in to get back into the OS, as the boot loader was just not working kept saying 'boot error 0' did research on that apparently it happens on old HHD's! And also found out that Intel wifi card I've in the laptop is not compatible!

Anyhow fast forwarding today I bought the corsair SSD and I found an old wifi pci adapter (Apple Atheros AR5BXB112 AR9380) from an old Apple computer I don't know which exact model it's from but I could use if it have chances of working! If you guys can help on how to properly and fully installing the OS it'd be a great help!! Below are the specs of my laptop!!
